(Nantucket, MA) --  Police are investigating vandalism to the bunker built for President Kennedy on Nantucket.  Someone apparently ripped the heavy metal front door off its hinges.  The bunker was constructed by the U.S. military to give JFK a place to run the country that was close to his family's Hyannis compound in the event of a nuclear strike from the Soviet Union.  The bunker was most-recently used as a clubhouse by the Nantucket Hunting Association, and there were discussions a few years ago about turning it into a museum.
