(Tampa, FL) -- A federal district judge in Florida has denied a request for a temporary restraining order by former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.  He sued to block the House committee investigating the January 6th events from getting his phone records. A Florida Judge dismissed the request without prejudice, meaning Flynn may refile if he can show immediate and irreparable harm and meet other requirements. The committee has faced several court challenges against its ability to gather evidence on efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
