(St. Paul, MN) -- President Biden is set to visit Minnesota Tuesday.

Biden is scheduled to discuss the recently approved infrastructure package and its impact on Minnesota during a stop at Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount. The legislation is set to fund more than four-billion dollars in improvements to Minnesota highways, along with over 800 million for public transportation and just over 300 million for bridges.

Other projects in the state that will be covered by the funding include broadband expansion, port and airport improvements, water quality projects, and electric car charging stations.

This as Biden also pushes a separate bill, which has received pushback on capitol hill for not being a true 'infrastructure' bill, and a waste of major funds in the wake of a previous, more traditional bill passing.
