(Chicago, IL) -- The CEO of McDonald's appears to be in some hot water over texts he sent to Chicago's mayor about two children killed earlier this year.
Chris Kempczinski reportedly said the parents failed their kids. A seven-year-old girl was shot in a drive-thru lane and a 13-year-old boy was shot by police. The messages were slammed for being racist and ignorant.
Demonstrators are expected to protest throughout the day Wednesday at McDonald's headquarters in Chicago.
