Director in Baldwin shooting out of hospital

(Santa Fe, NM) -- The director who was injured in a shooting on the set of an Alec Baldwin film is out of the hospital.  

New Mexico authorities say director Joel Souza was injured Thursday when Baldwin fired a prop gun. Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died in the shooting.  

Baldwin is producing and starring in the movie called Rust, which is filming near Santa Fe. Baldwin was released after authorities questioned him.  

No charges have been filed and production of the film has been shut down.
