VA Train Service Suspended After Tunnel Derailment

(Arlington, VA) -- Some train service in Virginia is suspended Wednesday after a Metro train derailment.

Up to 300 passengers were evacuated last night when one car went off the tracks in a tunnel. Photos show them sitting in the dark with glow sticks before crews evacuated them to safety. One person was taken to a hospital and is said to be in stable condition.

Free shuttle buses will replace the trains today.
