Toilet Paper Panic-Buying Returns Amid COVID Surge

(Phoenix, AZ) -- Beware to wait in long lines again for toilet paper.

It seems more people are back to panic buying amid the new COVID surge. The Wall Street Journal reports many have used up their stockpiles and are buying in bulk out of fear of another lockdown. Some retailers admit they still haven't recovered from last year's shortages.

Kimberly-Clark, which makes Cottonelle and Scott toilet paper, confirms it's working hard to keep the shelves stocked.
