(Washington, DC) -- The Supreme Court is again upholding the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.
Justices said Republican-led states did not have the legal standing to bring the case. The high court did not rule on the merits of the landmark healthcare law. Republicans have aimed to shoot down Obamacare for years. Defendants argued that striking down the law could throw 20-million Americans off the health insurance rolls.
The decision was 7-2.
