(Fargo, ND) -- A North Dakota senator is one of several lawmakers introducing a bill improving how the military responds to sexual assault. Senator Kevin Cramer supports the act that would give those who respond to sexual assault within the military more resources to help victims. It would also allow the Department of Defense to look into developing a special operation for sexual assault response coordinators across all branches. The legislation is bipartisan.
