Governor Doug Burgum seeks answers on North Dakota housing crunch

(Bismarck, ND)  --  Governor Burgum wants answers when it comes to solving housing issues in the state.

In many areas the demand for housing outpaces the supply.

Burgum has appointed a new committee to hold listening sessions and get input from residents whether they rent or own their home.

The governor says the results from the listening sessions will help create policy recommendations for the 2025 Legislature.
