(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley met with local media Friday afternoon, including WDAY Radio, to review footage captured by body cameras worn by Fargo Police Officers during the shooting on 25th St. S on July 14th.

The video shared amounted to significantly more than what has been released to the public to date.

Media present during the session were not allowed to use any recording devices.

Wrigley said the review was aimed at maintaining transparency and providing additional background information.

The information Wrigley discussed and the video presented was consistent with previous written and verbal accounts provided by the attorney general and the Fargo Police Department.

Wrigley said the Bureau of Criminal Investigation has completed the interview portion of their investigation, but was not able to provide a date for when the agency might complete the investigation.

The attorney general said some edited amount of the video reviewed with the media Friday would eventually be released to the public.

He was not able to provide a date on when that will occur.
