(Fargo, ND) -- A North Dakota Senate bill would give sexual abuse victims more time to come forward. The bill would extend the statute of limitations in civil cases alleging sexual assault, sexual abuse, gross sexual imposition, or childhood sexual abuse. The measure passed on the Senate floor unanimously. The bill is headed to the House for consideration.
