North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong joins task force aimed at improving inmate outcomes

(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong is working to create second chances.  Armstrong is leading the effort to promote policies that will improve the outcomes of inmates re-entering society.  Thirteen Democrats and 13 Republicans have announced the launch of the Bipartisan Second Chance Task Force. The task force will address the barriers to successful re-entry and develop reform policies.
