UPDATE: Williston Police say the victim in Wednesday's stabbing is in stable condition. No arrest has been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
ORIGINAL STORY: (Williston, ND) -- Police in Williston are investigating a report of a stabbing on Wednesday afternoon in the City of Williston.
According to Williston Police, authorities received a call at 12:08 p.m. regarding a person with multiple stab wounds, located in the 900 block of West Broadway.
They say the name of the victim, and their condition, will not be released.
Police are following up on leads, and they do not believe there is an active threat to the community.
