(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo YMCA is in need of lifeguards.
Pools nationwide are experiencing a shortage and it's forcing the Fargo location to reduce hours and limit access to some pools.
The YMCA says anyone who applies will be given an interview.
Applicants must be at least 15-years-old and complete the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course.
