Moorehead, MN) -- A couple from Moorehead is suing the Minnesota State Patrol. Ray and Kathie Kvalvog filed a lawsuit Thursday accusing State Troopers of mishandling the investigation in a crash that killed their two teenage sons back in June 2015. According to reports, the investigating officer made inaccurate and misleading statements in his accident reconstruction report because of his close relationship to Park Christian School and several individuals involved with the school. The two teens were students at Park Christian and on their way to a basketball tournament in Wisconsin when the accident occurred. The news comes as the Kvalvogs previously sued Park Christian School, but a judge found the that the school was not liable.
