(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is investigating an incident that was reported to us by the Old Broadway and allegedly occurred in the early morning hours of July 11th.
The Old Broadway reported the incident to the department in the afternoon of July 12th. A video of the incident that is circulating on social media appears to show a male being held on the ground and struck by another male.
"We are investigating the circumstances surrounding that video and working to identify the male who was struck," said Fargo Police Public Information Officer Jessica Schindeldecker. "We are asking that this male contact the Fargo Police Department so that our officers can speak to him about the incident."
