(Fargo, ND) -- Police say a woman who stole an elderly man's vehicle also threatened to kill the officer at the scene Monday. The 89-year-old victim says he stopped to help Jamie Singer in the 27-hundred-block of 18th Street South when she knocked him over and stole his vehicle. Singer returned to the area after officers arrived, sped off, and then crashed a short distance away. The arresting officer says Singer threatened to kill him, spit at him, and was aggressive while being taken into custody for several charges.
