Structure Repair Begins on I-94 Raymond Interchange

(Fargo, ND) -- Starting Monday, the North Dakota Department of Transportation contractors will begin a structure repair on I-94 Exit 342 Raymond Interchange in West Fargo to replace the beam that was struck by an over-height load last year.

Crews will be present along I-94 Raymond Interchange bridge to replace the east beam above westbound I-94.

Beginning Monday, motorists can expect the following traffic impacts along Raymond Interchange:

  • The westbound passing lane on I-94 will be closed.
  • The eastbound left shoulder on I-94 will be closed beneath the bridge.
  • Traffic on the crossroad will be shifted to the west across the bridge and one lane in each direction will be maintained.
  • Reduced speeds where crews are present.

The NDDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution and expect delays during active construction. Motorists should find alternative routes during peak travel times.
