(Fargo, ND) -- Beginning Monday, July 12th, southbound 42nd Street South will be reduced to one lane from 13th Avenue South south through the Target entrance.
The closure is needed given how close private contractors will be working adjacent to 42nd Street South.
The closure is expected to be in place for up to five days.
