(Fargo, ND) -- Court documents say a Fargo man stabbed another person with scissors on July 7th after she asked for a divorce. Suspect James Bogart, 75, is accused of stabbing his wife in the right shoulder and lower back at the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel off 45th Street South near I-94. He was arrested on several charges. He was then taken to jail.
