(Moorhead, MN) -- Authorities have identified the suspect who they say led police on a foot pursuit, leading to a shots fired call in Moorhead on the 4th of July. Authorities say he's 23-year-old Isiah Hopkins of Moorhead and he's in the Clay County Jail on an unrelated warrant. The officer involved is on administrative leave. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the case, with a focus on whether the officer's use of force was proper. No one was hurt in the shooting.
