(Moorhead, MN) -- Starting Wednesday, July 7th, 4th Street South will be closed between 9th Avenue and 10 Avenue South for emergency private utility work.
A detour route will be implemented utilizing 3rd Street South. Work is anticipated to last for one week and full traffic use is expected to be restored by Wednesday, July 14th, weather permitting.
Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes and to expect delays and congestion in the area.
