(Fargo, ND) -- Local police have arrested a man suspected of starting a dumpster fire last month at the Fryn' Pan Restaurant in Fargo. According to an FPD source, 29-year-old Nathan Ouren is wanted on a charge of aggravated endangering by fire. Police say the blaze on June 14th caused damage both to the dumpster and part of an adjacent building in the three-hundred block of Main Avenue. Damage reportedly was estimated at about five thousand dollars.
