(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo native is facing several charges in relation to sexually assaulting a young girl several times over the course of two years.
Richland County Jail records reveal that 68-year-old Raymond Paul Vogle faces six felony counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, with documents saying the victim was under the age of 15 at the time of the incidents.
The victim telling police that on one occasion, between the stretch of behavoir that lasted from January 2019 to December of 2020, Vogle had invited her to sleep in his bed, later undressed her and performed sexual acts on her. The victim said the other incidents were similar, with Vogle inappropriately touching her private parts.
Vogle could face up to 10 years behind bars if he is convicted on all charges.
