(Grand Forks)-- Police responded to gunshots at 1:49am this morning. When they arrived at the Quality Inn on 3251 30th Ave South, officers found a victim with a gunshot wound in his torso. As of now, the victim is at Altru and in unknown condition. Innitial investigations say the shooter and the victim knew each other.
