(Fargo, ND) -- A man shot by Fargo Police in 2015 is now facing new charges. A sheriff's deputy says 36-year-old Karmen Redshirt was a passenger in a vehicle where syringes, marijuana pipes, and meth were found while pulled over for a flat tire. Redshirt and driver Sara Gellner are charged with felony possession of drugs with intent to deliver and possession of paraphernalia.
