(West Fargo, ND) -- The West Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Robert James Rhode, has registered his address at 825 Main Avenue East, West Fargo.
Robert Rhode was convicted of “Gross Sexual Imposition.”
Any concerns relating to registered offenders should be brought to the West Fargo Police Department. In no way does the West Fargo Police Department encourage or condone vigilante action against any citizen of the City of West Fargo.
