(Grand Forks, ND) -- The Grand Forks U.S. Customs and Border Protection helicopter team is under investigation after they rotor washed Line Three protesters in Park Rapids, Minnesota.
The team is accused of intentionally flying low over protesters, kicking up dust and debris.
Officials say the helicopter was deployed to address the protest.
They left the area after chucking debris in the air. CBB headquarters is conducting the investigation.
