(Fargo, ND)  --  A Mapleton man will spend 18 months in federal prison after he was convicted in a Fargo courtroom of preparing false tax returns.  Court officials say 43-year-old Benjamin Boway will also have to do one year of supervised release and pay almost 135 thousand dollars in restitution and associated fees.  Prosecutors say Boway, who owns Bennie Tax Services, filed fraudulent tax returns for multiple clients.
