(West Fargo, ND) -- Lady luck was shining down on a child in West Fargo Tuesday morning.
City officials confirm to WDAY Radio that a child riding a bike was crossing the street near the West Fargo Police Station when a car accidentally struck them around 7:45 a.m.
The child, luckily, only suffered minor injuries and was wearing a helmet.
The driver did stay at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement. No citation has been given at this time.
