(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Raymond Terrance Reid, is residing at 734 College Street North in Fargo.
The 37-year-old was convicted of Possession of Material-Sex Conduct by Minor in Cass County District Court on August 5th, 2020. His victim was a female under the age of 15. He is a lifetime registrant.
Reid was assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
