(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Patrick Roy Moore, registered his address at 726 College Street North in Fargo.
The 39-year-old was convicted on April 13th, 2016, of Gross Sexual Imposition-2 counts in Burleigh County ND District Court. He was also convicted on April 13th, 2016 of Gross Sexual Imposition <15 yrs in McLean County ND District Court. The victim was a 14-year old female. He is a lifetime registrant.
Moore was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
