(Fargo, ND) -- Beginning Monday afternoon, southbound 25th Street South will be reduced to one lane between 3rd and 7th Avenue South.
The center turn lane on 25th Street South will also be closed in this section. The closure is needed for underground utility work and is expected to be in place through Friday, May 28th.
