(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Michael Steven Thiel, registered his address at 307 7th Avenue North #7 in Fargo.
The 35-year-old was convicted on April 10th, 2013, of Sexual Assault in Richland County District Court. The victim was a 15 year old female. He is a lifetime registrant.
Thiel was assessed as a HIGH RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment committee.
