Burgum Considering Vaccine Passport Ban

(Bismarck, ND)  --  Governor Doug Burgum is considering a vaccine passport ban.  The House and Senate passed the ban as an amendment to another bill yesterday.  Governor Burgum has three legislative days to act on the bill.  Advocates for vaccine passports say they can help protect public health and make it easier to travel freely.  Opponents say requiring people to carry proof of COVID-19 vaccination infringes on their personal freedom and private health choices.
