Coronavirus Tracker: 245 New Cases, No New Deaths in North Dakota

(Bismarck, ND) -- A rise in cases, positivity rate and active Coronavirus cases, though hospitalizations drop again in North Dakota.

The state department of health reported an additional 245 cases of the virus Tuesday, including 124 in Cass County.

No new deaths were reported.

Active cases of the virus jumped back over 1,000 Tuesday to 1,044, while the daily positivity rate also stayed above six percent at 6.15%.

A positive sign is that hospitalizations dropped by three again to 15 state-wide.

229,101 North Dakotans have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, while at least 391,704 total shots have been given so far.
