"Terrible" Conditions Forcing Closure of Fargo Landfill Today

(Fargo, ND) -- The City of Fargo has shut down the landfill to the general public for Tuesday. The supervisor at the scene says high winds are blowing debris around, and about 14 employees are working right now to try and contain any debris. This is only for today, as officials expect winds to die down enough, allowing the landfill to reopen. One supervisor there calls the conditions right now: "terrible."
