(Fargo, ND) -- The agreement between Hector International Airport and the city of Fargo to share some services ends soon. Currently the airport and city work together on payroll, information services and more. Once it goes through, airport workers will no longer be city employees. That's expected to happen no later than December 31st, 2021. Fargo's mayor says there has been a degree of tension between the two entities, and both sides agree it would be best to split.
