(Bismarck, ND) -- A jump in active coronavirus cases, while hospitalizations drop in North Dakota Wednesday.

The state department of health reporting an additional 111 positive tests, including 16 in Cass County.

The only new death reported was a man in his 70s from Ward County.

There are 605 active cases of the virus in North Dakota, a jump of 29 from Tuesday. Hospitalizations did drop to 20, that being four less than Tuesday.

The daily positivity rate holding at about 2.25%.

137,039 North Dakotans have gotten at least one dose of a Coronavirus vaccine, while 232,079 total shots have been given.
