(Fargo, ND) -- Beginning this week, Fargo Cass Public Health is inviting childcare workers to COVID-19 vaccine clinics.
Childcare workers are one of the priority groups included in Phase 1B of the North Dakota COVID-19 Vaccination Plan. Phase 1B also includes older individuals and those with underlying health conditions.
Childcare workers employed by a childcare facility should check with that business or organization regarding vaccination plans for eligible individuals. Individuals who are childcare workers but are not employed by a childcare facility are encouraged to complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Phase 1B Resident Contact Form to share their contact information with FCPH.
Fargo Cass Public Health says residents should continue practicing recommended public health prevention measures to slow the spread of COVID-19. These measures include wearing a mask, maintaining physical distance, avoiding large gatherings, good hand hygiene and staying home when sick.
