Coronavirus Tracker: 45 New Cases, Three New Deaths Monday

(Bismarck, ND) -- Positivity rate climbs back over three percent, while active Coronavirus cases drop in North Dakota Monday.

The state department of health reported an additional 45 cases over the last 24 hours, including 19 in Cass County.

Three deaths have been reported statewide since Friday.

The positivity test rate for the virus jumped to 3.09% Monday, but active cases fell to 571, while 25 North Dakotans are hospitalized due to the virus.

133,262 residents have received at least one dose of a Coronavirus vaccine, while 224,184 total shots have been given. This as the Johnson and Johnson one-shot vaccine begins being shipped out across the country.
