(Bismarck, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum is issuing an order that all government agencies fly the U.S. and North Dakota flags at half-staff until sunset on Friday. The move announced yesterday is intended to honor the more than half a million Americans who have died from COVID-19, including 14-hundred-38 North Dakotans. The order encourages North Dakotans to do the same at their homes and businesses and coordinates with a similar proclamation by President Biden issued yesterday.
