ND House Approves Legislation Exempting ND Guns From Federal Laws

(Bismarck, ND)  --  The state House is moving forward with legislation that would exempt North Dakota manufactured guns and their accessories that never leave the state from federal laws.  The House easily passed the measure, sending it to the Senate.  The bill would likely legalize the sale and use of bump stocks within the state.  The accessory lets semi-automatic firearms function in the same way as fully automatic weapons, and was banned by federal law in 2018.
