(Bismarck, ND) -- It's a no on a bill that would have charged a doctor with murder, if they performed an abortion. The measure in the North Dakota House would also have charged anyone who helps out...including anyone who would have driven the woman to get an abortion. The charges would have risen to the level of a Class C Felony. The bill's sponsor admitted before the vote, it was a long shot.
