North Dakota Rolling Blackouts Caused By Cold Weather In Texas

(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota rolling blackouts have made it up from Texas, where cold weather has cut power to thousands.  The two states share the Southwest Power Pool grid, which has been experiencing power dips, causing rolling blackouts across 14 states as a way to conserve energy.  The blackouts in North Dakota are expected to continue and are affecting more than seven-thousand households.
