(Fargo, ND) -- Police are identifying a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a Fargo man. Officers believe 19-year-old Elijah Viestenz was behind the wheel in the early Saturday morning crash and that they think alcohol was a factor. Isaiah Johnson was killed in the wreck. His mother says she wants him to be remembered for his radiant smile.
