(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Senate is giving its blessing to a bill that would allow schools to post the Ten Commandments. The bill easily passed the Senate yesterday. Opponents of the bipartisan bill question its constitutionality, pointing to U.S. Supreme Court rulings striking down the posting of the Ten Commandments in schools.
