(Bismarck, ND) -- State lawmakers in Bismarck have voted to kill a bill that would have done away with rules requiring seat belts for most adults in North Dakota. It narrowly passed committee less than a week ago...The full house voted 66-28 to kill the bill yesterday...it means you still have to wear a seat belt if you're an adult in North Dakota. A State Senate bill is still pending.
