(Fargo, ND) -- Police say they are looking for several persons of interest in connection to a shooting at a central Fargo apartment complex. Officials say 24-year-old Ophelia Quiah was shot at The Arbors last Sunday morning where she suffered serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries. Security video has led to the arrest of 28-year-old Jerome Koon who allegedly transported the victim to the hospital. Investigators believe Koon and Quiah were dating but believe multiple people are behind the gunshots.
